小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和杂交瘤细胞样品*次在较好的生长条件下进行培养。细胞生长在改良的动态细胞培养系统内，该系统包含两个细胞反应器，每一个反应器中有培养液储存系统，换液系统，两个细胞培养室及气室。气室中初始气体为含8%CO2、25%O2的混合气体；气室与培养室之间有一层可以进行气体交换的薄膜相隔。每一反应器中有一个培养室，由渗透泵驱动换液，培养液流速大约为60微升/天，称为流动培养室。另一个非换液室称为静止培养室。温控装置维持培养室内温度约为36±1℃，培养液储存室温度约为15±2°C。经过15天的空问飞行试验表明我国自行研制的这一装置基本适合巨噬细胞的培养，贴附在微载体上的巨噬细胞在改良的动态培养系统内存活良好。装置还需要进一步改进和完善。目前，一个更高水平和更大容量的细胞反应器正在研制中。原核细胞（prokaryotic cell）没有核膜，遗传物质集中在一个没有明确界限的低电子密度区。DNA为裸露的环状分子，通常没有结合蛋白，环的直径约为2.5纳米，周长约几十纳米。没有恒定的内膜系统，核糖体为70S型，原核细胞构成的生物称为原核生物（prokaryote），均为单细胞生物，通常称为细菌（bacterium）。
