B细胞淋巴瘤是B细胞发生的实体肿瘤。包括霍奇金淋巴瘤和非霍奇金淋巴瘤。其分型众多，经典霍奇金淋巴瘤和结节性淋巴细胞为主型霍奇金淋巴瘤，现在被认为是起源于B细胞的肿瘤。弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤、滤泡性淋巴瘤、黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤（MALT）、小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤/慢性淋巴细胞白血病、套细胞淋巴瘤（MCL）5种B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤zui为常见，占非霍奇金淋巴瘤的3/4。B细胞淋巴瘤的预后和治疗取决于淋巴瘤的具体类型以及分期分级。

临床意义
临床资料显示，CCP抗体对RA具有相当高的特异性和敏感性（68%~75%），即使是RA早期患者，敏感度也有40%~60%。还有学者认为，CCP抗体不仅是RA早期诊断指标，而且是鉴别侵蚀性、非侵蚀性RA的灵敏指标，CCP抗体阳性者通常出现或易发展成较抗体阴性者更严重的关节骨质破坏。但也有数个研究报道显示CCP抗体对RA的敏感度在40%~50%，不及RF，联合检测RF和CCP抗体，将明显提高诊断的敏感度。
虽然抗CCP抗体在RA发病的致病机制尚未阐明，但作为疾病的早期诊断和进展标记显示了较好的前景。抗CCP抗体主要为IgG类抗体，对RA的特异性约为96%，在RA的早期阶段即可出现阳性，并且具有很高的阳性预报道。Mediwake R等对已有关节损伤的SLE和RA患者分别进行了anti-RA33和抗CCP抗体的测定，结果也显示了抗CCP抗体仅在RA中有较高的阳性，可从损伤性关节炎患者中区分出来。另外，有一些报道认为，抗CCP抗体作为RA的灵敏标志物，有能力区分损伤性和非损伤性关节疾病。但Bas S等提出了不同的观点，通过他们的临床试验，认为抗CCP抗体是RA早期诊断的特异性指标，而RF可作为疾病损伤严重性的较好的标记物。因此，联合检测抗CCP抗体和RF对RA的诊断及预后有很大的意义。抗CCP抗体除早期诊断RA外，对疾病的预后评估也有重要意义。在已确诊的RA患者中，抗CCP抗体阳性者较阴性者更易发展为多关节损伤。Kroot EJJA等通过对数百例发病1年以内的RA患者进行了1～6年的随访，通过对疾病活动评分、健康评估问卷以及影像学评分的连续观察，抗CCP抗体阳性的RA病人骨破坏较阴性者严重。

Clinical significance
Clinical data show that CCP antibodies have a high specificity and sensitivity to RA (68% -75%), even in patients with early stage RA, sensitivity is 40% -60%. Among the confirmed RA patients, anti-CCP antibody positive patients develop more multi-joint injury than the negative ones.
