防爆控制箱用途和适用范围
1 Purpose and scope
BXK系列防爆控制箱（以下简称控制箱）是按GB3836.1～2设计和制造，控制箱主要用于1区或2区中含有爆炸性混合物为Ⅱ类B级T4组及以下爆炸危险场所，作为交流50Hz，额定电压至380V，线路中远距控制信号、电气等，并有信号指示灯。

防爆控制箱在下列情况下能够可靠工作

控制箱外壳采用ZL102铸铝合金制成隔爆型主腔及接线腔，主腔内装有按钮、信号灯等元件，通过操作机构及外壳手柄进行操作，且有指示灯显示，接线腔内有与主腔相贯通的接线端子，并有电缆引入装置，设有内外接地螺钉。

防爆控制箱使用与维修
5 use and repair
5．1 将控制箱安装固定好，将进出线腔盖打开，把电缆通过引入装置接至接线端子上，接好内外接地线，检查无误后合上盖，用紧固件紧固，并把压紧螺母旋紧使电缆密封，完毕后即可使用。
