原理：
本试剂盒是利用间接竞争酶联免疫吸附微孔模式进行检测，灵敏度可达5µg/kg（ppb）。样品或标准品中游离的玉米赤霉烯酮与包被的抗原竞争结合游离抗体上的结合位点，再加入酶标二抗，洗去未结合的酶标二抗之后加入显色剂，其与酶标物作用而成蓝色，加入反应终止液后颜色由蓝色转变为黄色，黄色越深则表明玉米赤霉烯酮越少，用酶标仪在450 nm处测定光吸收值可准确定量检测样品中的玉米赤霉烯酮的污染水平。
