XNR-400W型熔融指数测试仪说明：
XNR-400W型熔融指数测试仪是根据GB/T 3682的试验方法，用于测定热塑性高聚物在高温下的流动性，如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS树脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龙氟塑料等高聚物。XNR-400W型熔体流动速率测定仪采用工业PLC可编程控制器，触摸屏操作平台，汉字液晶显示；该机自动控温从操作方法上分为手动、时控、自动三种切料方式,能够实现质量法（MFR）和体积法（MVR）两种试验方法；该机能够测得原料在试验温度下的熔融密度，系统同时具有温度校准功能。
XNR-400W型熔融指数测试仪配有微型打印机可打印试验报告，是目前国内同行业中高档机型，操作简单、运行稳定、可长时间进行试验，深受用户好评。

XNR-400W melt index apparatus:
XNR-400W type melt index tester is according to the test method for the determination of 3682GB/T, the fluidity of thermoplastic polymers under high temperature, such as polyethylene,polypropylene, poly formaldehyde, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluorine plastic and otherpolymer. XNR-400W type of melt flow rate measurer using industrial PLC programmablecontroller, touch screen operation platform, Chinese characters liquid crystal display; the machine automatic temperature control from the method of operation is divided into manual,time control, automatic three cutting mode, can realize mass method (MFR method) and volume(MVR) of the two test methods; the machine can measure the melt density at the test temperature of the material, the system also has the function of temperature calibration.
