  Cell line tests:
  Performance of Eppendorf Tissue Culture Consumables (tissue-culture (TC)-treated

  The performance of the Eppendorf tissue culture surface was tested for ten cell lines and documented accordingly*. Respective cell lines were seeded in appropriate culture medium. Tissue culture vessels were incubated at 37°C with a humidified 5% CO₂ atmosphere. Cell growth and morphology was monitored for a period of 24 h to 72 h post-seeding.
