工作原理 把满足要求的电解水(电阻率大于1MΩ/cm,电子或分析行业用的去离子水或二次蒸馏水皆可)送入电解槽阳极室,通电后水便立刻在阳极分解:2H2O=4H++ 2O-2,分解成的负氧离子(O-2),随即在阳极放出电子,形成氧气(O2),从阳极室排出,携带部份水进入水槽,水可循环使用,氧气从水槽上盖小孔放入大气。氢质子以水合离子(H+•XH2O)的形式,在电场力的作用下,通过SPE离子膜,到达阴极吸收电子形成氢气,从阴极室排出后,进入气水分离器,在此除去从电解槽携带出的大部分水份,含微量水份的氢气再经干燥器吸湿后,纯度便达到99.999%以上。
该产品对于大气量高纯氢的场合均可使用,可为多台气象色谱仪供气源,为吸氢合金充氢,及实验室加氢,还原焰,还原气体保护,太阳能,风能发电储能等使用。
