工作原理 把满足要求的电解水（电阻率大于1MΩ/cm，电子或分析行业用的去离子水或二次蒸馏水皆可）送入电解槽阳极室，通电后水便立刻在阳极分解：2H2O=4H++ 2O-2，分解成的负氧离子（O-2），随即在阳极放出电子，形成氧气（O2），从阳极室排出，携带部份水进入水槽，水可循环使用，氧气从水槽上盖小孔放入大气。氢质子以水合离子（H+•XH2O）的形式，在电场力的作用下，通过SPE离子膜，到达阴极吸收电子形成氢气，从阴极室排出后，进入气水分离器，在此除去从电解槽携带出的大部分水份，含微量水份的氢气再经干燥器吸湿后，纯度便达到99.999%以上。
该产品对于大气量高纯氢的场合均可使用，可为多台气象色谱仪供气源，为吸氢合金充氢，及实验室加氢，还原焰，还原气体保护，太阳能，风能发电储能等使用。
