探针台Wentworth MP 2020是实验室和工业生产线的PCM参数测试用的半自动，载片台（CHUCK）可以加热或通冷媒（如液氮）， 用于不同温度的参数测试。电机控制显微镜的左右（X） ，前后（Y） 和上下（Z） 使操作方便。另外显微镜的Z有两档，用于方便在显微镜下和探针卡之上设置光屏蔽的挡板。主要特点如下：
