建筑材料可燃性试验仪操作方法
1、使用250mm×90mm的模板切割试样。如果试样为融化收缩制品，则选用250mm×180mm的模板。
2、将试样夹在尺寸为250mm×90mm试样夹内，拧紧蝶母，固定好试样。融化收缩制品样夹尺寸为250mm×180mm。此时试样夹先不要装到水平杆上。
3、打开电源开关，将点火时间设的稍长一些，比如5min。根据点火方式选择相应的定位器，按试验开始，燃烧器在45°位置停止后，将定位器的一端插入燃烧器中。此时将试样夹装到水平杆上，调节试样夹的上下左右位置，使其符合试验要求。将定位器取出。按返回键。等燃烧器复位后，按试验清零。
4、长按点火键，同时调节仪器面板上的火焰调节阀，点着气体后，再调节火焰高度到20士1mm，将火焰从大调到小时，先将面板上的火焰调节旋钮背紧，再调节火焰会比较容易。测高尺高度20mm。关闭前门。
