2.3 防护等级
★3 网络性能指标
3.1 交换容量
交换机矩阵的容量应大于或者等于端口速率×端口数量×2，以保证端口的全线速转发。
3.2转发速率（端口吞吐量）
在满负荷下，转发速率应等于端口速率（线速转发）。
3.3地址缓存能力
交换机MAC地址缓存能力应不低于4096个，MAC地址老化时间可以配置，默认设置300s。
3.4 地址学习速率
交换机地址学习速率应大于1000个/s。
3.5时延
交换机平均时延应小于10μs。在重载（100%）的情况下，交换机端口的分组转发时延应小于12μs。交换机时延抖动应小于1μs。
3.6帧丢失率
交换机在吞吐量为100%的情况下，帧丢失率应为0。
3.7环网恢复时间
当站控层网络采用环形拓扑组网时，恢复时间建议每个交换机不超过50ms。

4.3数据帧转发

4.5网络风暴抑制功能
1) 支持广播风暴抑制；

4.6组播功能
网络交换机支持包括GMRP二层动态MAC地址的配置组播功能、静态MAC地址的配置组播功能以及动态IP映射（IGMP-SNOOPING）组播功能。
4.7镜像
以太网交换机应支持镜像功能，包括一对一端口镜像、多对一端口镜像。使用该功能可以将交换机的流量拷贝以用于进行详细的分析利用。
在保证镜像端口吞吐量的情况下，镜像端口不应当丢失数据。
4.8多链路聚合
支持逻辑上多条单独的链路作为一条独立链路使用，支持不少于4个端口的链路聚合；
链路聚合功能开启过程中不应数据丢失。
4.9组网功能
可以按照智能变电站自动化系统的需求进行组网，组网方式可为以下方式之一：
