使用方法
1、接好电源线，合上电源开关，显示屏显示GOOD。
2、把控制器“移停”开关拔至“移动”位置。
3、转动工作台前挡架上的换位档块，使其短边处于工作位置，插好定位销。
4、安装好φ152毫米试筒，并加入*层填料，按数字键输入每层击实次数，并正确显示在显示屏上。
5、按“启动”键，仪器开始工作，每当落锤计数为7的倍数时，工作台向后移动一次以保证击实锤落在试筒的中心位置，*层击实后仪器自动停机。
6、做第二层击实时，添加填料后，直接按“启动”键，仪器开始工作，第三层操作方法与此相同，可准确完成试件制作。
7、按“暂停”键可实现随时停机，不影响连续计数，按“启动”键可继续工作，暂停工作时不可使压杆装置处于压紧位置。
8、制作φ100毫米试件时，转动工作台前挡架上的换位档块，使其长边处于工作位置，并插好定位销，把控制器上“移停”开关拔至“停”位置，其它步骤同制作φ152毫米试件一样。
主要用途
主要用于公路、铁路、水利、建筑地基填土工程设计，以标准击实方法在一定的击实功下，测定土的含水量与干密度之关系，以确定该土的*含水量与相应的zui大干密度。
安装与调试
1．将本机放置在平整的水平面上。
2．将主机上伸出的导线接到控制器后面板的输出端。（10芯）
3．将电源线接到控制器后面板的输入端。（4芯）
4．将电源线插头插上电源上。
5．按下控制器上的置数/启动钮，使之处于置数状态。
6．拨动置数盘，使之为03。
7．按下电源开/关钮，电源接通。
8．按置数/启动钮，使之弹起，机器开始运转。
9．待自动停机后，若击实锤被提起，则接线正确，可正常工作；若击实锤落在试筒内，则电机是反转，应将电源插头的任意两根火线调换位置，再次试机，直到自动停机后击实锤处于提起位置。
试验规程
将制备好的试样，分 3-5 次倒入筒内，每次将试样倒入筒中 后，整平表面并把样筒固定在机器上。
（1）152mm（大试筒）试样：
① 按三层法，每次 800~900g 试样（击实后的试样等于或略高于 筒的 1/3） ；按 5 层法时，每次约 400~500g（击实后的试样等于 或略高于筒的 1/5） 。
② 设备击实次数；
③ 拔下旋转插销；
④ 关好主机护罩；
⑤ 按一下移台按钮，此时移台指示灯亮，按下启动按钮，开始程序击实。
（2）100mm（小试筒）试样：
① 大筒按三层法时每层需试样 1700g 左右，五层法时每层需试样 900~1100g 左右
② 设定击实次数。
③ 插入旋转插销；
④ 关好主机护罩；
⑤ 按一下移台按钮，此时移台指示灯灭，按下启动按钮，开始击实，此时机头不旋转，连续沿边缘击实。如击实途中需停止击 实或有其他不正常情况，按下暂停按钮，机器停止工作。
