橡胶低温脆性试验台

橡胶低温脆性试验台测定硫化橡胶脆性温度和判断硫化橡胶在规定温度下被冲击后是否产生破坏的方法，包括两种程序：程序A是测定脆性温度；程序B是在规定温度下冲击试样，判断是否产生破坏。 

注：本标准所测定的脆性温度，是硫化橡胶的特性温度，不代表硫化橡胶及其制品工作温度的下限。用脆性温度可以比较不同橡胶材料或不同配方的硫化橡胶低温性能的优劣。因此，在科学研究、橡胶材料及其制品质量检验、生产过程控制等方面，都具有一定实用价值。

橡胶低温脆性试验台基本技术参数：

低温浴：

（1）容积≈0.7dm3(用工业酒精）

2）额定温度：-80℃

额定工作电流：10A

温度调节范围：-76℃-室温

试样冷却时间：180±0.5秒

提出夹持器并于0.5秒内冲击试样

冲击位置：

（1）冲击器与试样之间距离为25±1毫米

（2）从冲击位置到试样夹持器下端的距离为11±0.5毫米

3）冲击行程为40±1毫米

气源泉压力：0.41MPa

电源电压交流：380V±10% 50Hz　　功率：0.8KVA

　　The rubber brittleness temperature testing board is for testing the brittle temperature of such elastic materials as rubber and plastics cracked or damaged under impact when hardened under low temperature.
