一、适用于非金属材料和橡胶制品的老化龟裂试验检测,在通过一定温度的臭氧环境中检测其产品的耐老化程度。

二、技术参数:

1.温度范围：0℃～70℃、 RT+10℃～70℃

2.湿度范围：40%～98%R.H、85%～98%R.H

3.温度波动度：≤±0.5℃

4.温度均匀度：≤2℃

5.温度偏差：≤±1.5℃

6.湿度波动度: +2、-3%R.H

三、控制系统：

六、静态拉伸试验:

1.标准规定试样两头夹在夹具上,选择一种伸长率拉伸,一般选择20%,夹具安装在转动的样品架上,样品架转速在（20—25）mm/S之间,在温度为（40±2）℃,相对湿度不大于65%,规定的臭氧浓度下进行试验。经过规定的时间后检查试样的龟裂情况,一般臭氧浓度选择（50±5）×10-8 ;

七、动态拉伸试验:

1.标准规定试样夹具可以自动伸缩将试样拉伸和复位,拉伸频率为0.5±0.025Hz,将试样两头夹在夹具上,使试样从伸长率为0至zui大伸长率之间循环拉伸,夹具安装在转动的样品架上,样品架转速在（20—25）mm/S之间,在温度为（40±2）℃,相对湿度不大于65%,规定的臭氧浓度下,夹具循环拉伸和复位并随样品架一起转动进行试验。经过规定的时间后检查试样的龟裂情况,一般臭氧浓度选择（50±5）×10-8 ;
